Javier Batista is our Associate Pastor. He leads our worship and shares preaching and teaching duties with Pastor Trevor. Pastor Javier was born and raised in Hoboken, NJ prior to his family’s move to Puerto Rico as national overseers for COGOP during his teenage years. In addition to serving as lead pastor in Puerto Rico, he also served as an ESL High School teacher and worship recording artist.

He currently works for an educational technology company. He holds a Masters of Theology from Alliance seminary. He is married to Valerie Moreno de Batista and they have a beautiful little girl.
